We have updated the addendum generated with Habi tenancy contracts.
The updated addendum is shorter and more clearly structured, while retaining the additional terms and protections it is designed to provide.
It now focuses more directly on the tenancy-specific terms the parties need to agree, without repeating provisions already covered by the Dubai Unified Tenancy Contract or governed by law.
As part of this update, the addendum has been reduced from 8 pages to 2. Repetition has been removed, sections have been grouped more clearly, and the document is now easier to review and sign.
This update is part of our ongoing work to make it easier for landlords and tenants in Dubai to handle renting directly through Habi.
